10/07/2007  Out of the car if shifts smooth as silk, but when it's in the car, it "sticks" when shifting into gears. It's almost as if there are 2 or 3 clicks before it is engaged. But if I put it into neutral, then back into the same gear, it goes in smooth. it does this with every gear, almost every time. I took it back to them, and they said that this is acceptable.
